(PART II, Conclusion)

Continued from blog entry – “Mental Practice . . . PART I”

I have had the opportunity during both my playing and teaching career to work with Dr. Dick Coop (University of North Carolina), Fred Shoemaker (Carmel, CA), Rick Jensen (Boca Raton, FL) and Chuck Hogan (Phoenix, AZ) as well as numerous other professionals on a onetime basis. Not one of these encounters have I not left better equipped as a player to meet my daily golfing/life encounters.

May I suggest that you strongly consider the possibility on enlisting the help of one of these experts to move you vastly closer to reaching your peak performance goals!

In addition to suggesting you seek one-on-one help to improve your psychological skills, may I also recommend you start with the below reading list which I have found to be a huge source of knowledge as well as containing applicable help techniques:

  • Golf In The Kingdom
    Michael Murphy
    .
  • The Inner Game of Golf
    Timothy Galloway
    .
  • The Art and Zen of Learning Golf
