Finish Check Points
In a balanced finish, the right shoulder is slightly lower than or level with the left shoulder. Knees and thighs should be close enough together so it’s difficult to slide a piece of paper between them. The right foot should be vertical with no visible creases in the shoe leather. (Creases indicate that your weight has not transferred onto your left side.) The left leg should be straight but not locked, with the belt buckle directly over the left foot. Your head should face the target and tilt on the same angle as your spine.
