The body we live in has so much to do with the way we swing our clubs as individuals.
- In general, the adult males we see could use help in flexibility and range of motion. So we suggest they get on a stretching program ASAP!! This will help them create speed in their swings through range of motion, not physical exertion.
. - Females we see usually have terrific flexibility but need to be physically stronger to support the swinging of their clubshaft. We suggest they get on a strengthening program –especially back, legs, hands, wrists, and forearms!!

Reminder: A great tip when taking a golf lesson or any motor skill instruction: “One inch is a mile.”
- Don’t try to over do or over try. Golf instruction takes time and repetition. Don’t go to extremes.
Often slight changes in your physical movement will cause huge ball flight changes.
